The combination of a country, capital, city and a little local town. Great international mix of people and culture with sea, mountains and sun-shine always at your disposal.
In your opinion, what constitutes the special quality of life in MC?
All the above; combined with great security makes life enjoyable. Prince Albert and the Grimaldi family have a good feel, understanding for the inhabitants and are well respected.
What must one have seen in Monaco?
The Casino area, F1-GP both Historic and Current, Monaco Circus, The Sea Museum on the Rock and the ‘auswahl’ of Carrefour in Fontvielle…
What are your best addresses in things
shopping in MC?
Proberbly, Metropole Shopping Center and Boulevard Moulins.
Where does café au lait or espresso taste best to you?
At an Italian restaurant. Could be La Spiaggia on Lavotto Beach or La Salier in Fontvielle…
What are your favorite restaurants in Monaco and surrounding area?
Zebra Square, La Salliere and Fuji in Sporting Club. When we bring our children; Stars & Bars is a safe bet!
Which hotel can you recommend in Monaco?
The Columbus Hotel, as it is close to where I live and has a great ambiente.
What is your favorite place (haunt) in Monaco?
My balcony and The beach. Plage Mala or Monte Carlo Beach leading to Sea Lounge when the sun goes down.
Which is according to your opinion the best location for a cocktail?
The Café de Paris.
Which events can you recommend in Monaco?
Yacht-show, F1-GP, Monte Carlo Tennis, Circus fort he children and football at Stade Louis when they get a bit better again…
Where do we meet you during day or evening to relax from your stressful job on your day-off?
Training on my bike towards Col’de’Madonne, during a run along the coast between Menton – MC - Plage Mala in Cap’d’Ail or relaxing in the Spa; Thermes.
